THE FISHING

Enjoy sight fishing for large brown trout of three to seven pounds. This is a fishery of quality brown trout. Typically excellent dry fly fishing is available during the prime parts of the day, coupled with nymph and streamer fishing. These are big fish, and they require a careful approach.

We encourage anglers of all ability to experience this package. An intermediate skill level will increase your success for the stealthy sight fishing opportunities.

ACCOMMODATION

Sherwood Cottage is a brand new accommodation experience in the NSW Snowy Mountains.

Built and managed by local family, Charlie & Manon Garnock, Sherwood cottage is a comfortable, modern, and cosy place to stay. Best of all, it sits beside kilometres of trout stream.

Sherwood is ideal for 1 to 3 anglers. We recommend 1-2 anglers per trip to get the most of the fly fishing experience.
