Reschedule Policy

We’re super excited to be hosting you on your upcoming trip but understand that plans change. You or a loved one could get sick, your great uncle you never knew you had might have their wedding that day or you just can no longer get the time out of your busy schedules. Whatever the case may be, if you wish to reschedule your tour please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be there to help.

For our standard guided tours, requests made within 14 days will incur an administration fee equal to your deposit. Reschedule requests made for alternative dates during the relevant fishing season with at least 14 days or more notice, no administrative charge will be incurred.

Hosted Tours and saltwater tours (nationally and internationally) will carry specific terms and conditions due to the nature of these tours. These are usually provided in our hosted tour brochures, however please get in touch with us and we can outline the terms and conditions prior to making a booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

For our standard guided tours, cancellations made within 14 days will incur an administration fee equal to your deposit.

Again, Hosted Tours (nationally and internationally) will carry specific terms and conditions due to the nature of these tours an the specific inclusions as part of the trip. These are usually provided in our hosted tour brochures, however please get in touch with us and we can outline the terms and conditions prior to making a booking.

Generally however, an administration fee equal to your deposit will be non-refundable unless a replacement is found where a request is made within 6 weeks of your trip. Within 6 weeks of your trip dates, the cost of your trip is non-refundable unless a replacement is found by the guest.

Refund Policy

Once your request has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and the specific terms and conditions associated with your tour. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, we will request from you your details and your refund will be processed.

Note there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • When tours are rescheduled or otherwise cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date.
  • When additional costs are incurred by us in arranging your cancellation, reschedule or transfer to another angler (for example, flight or accommodation transfers).

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Generally for Hosted Tours, when tours are rescheduled or otherwise cancelled within 6 weeks of the scheduled date and where no replacement has been found, no refund will be available.
